Thermographic Surveys
Thermographic Surveys
A thermographic survey is a non-invasive method that allows us to evaluate the quality of construction by examining factors such as thermal bridging, insulation continuity, air leakage, defective glazing, and signs of moisture or water leaks, among others, all without the need for any intrusive procedures.
Thermal images, also known as thermograms, reveal variations in temperature across the building envelope, facilitating the identification of issues like inadequate insulation, thermal bridging, or air leaks. In essence, a thermal survey provides a visual representation of where heat loss occurs.
